Vintage Lady Images Printed on Fabric!

I've seen  many beautiful images on pillows, journals, and other items made with fabric, and they inspired me to try my hand at it.  After some research I found a way to print my vintage images on muslin... using Freezer Paper!

Both images are from the Graphics Fairy.  I got the instructions from a video on YouTube.   (First iron the fabric alone to get out the wrinkles; then iron the fabric onto the shiny side of the freezer paper.  The iron will melt the waxy coating just enough to hold the material on the paper.   Wait until it cools a bit, then feed it into your printer).

This is was my second printed image.  It's a tad too big (8-1/2 x 11").

If you really want to see some beautiful projects with fabric images, check out some terrific bloggers on my list to the right   (Cindy Adkins,  Petite Michelle Louise,  and Lost Bird Studio).
