Pia had a wonderful sense of humor. She embraced life and made friends of everyone she met. In the past few years, however, she developed many health problems. She tried with all her heart to overcome them, but a person can only fight so long. She fought her last courageous battle in the month of September.
As painful as it is not to have her in our lives, Pia left a living legacy: her two loving daughters and three grandchildren. We have them.....and memories of love, laughter, and friendship. No sister could ask for more.
